Doc Hadley is TWO!!!

This girl is TWO!!!  Or if you ask Hadley she says "tew" then proceeds to say "six."  Newsflash girlfriend, you may act like you're six sometimes, but momma and dadda are not ready for time to fly by that fast.  I feel this birthday is more "oh my goodness, she's two" whereas we waited and waited for her to be one.  This girl has got a personality on her that's for sure!  The apple doesn't fall far from the tree at this house :)  Here are some of her favorites/likes/hates:
  • Favorite Color: Purple.  Preferably purple with "spa-kles"
  • Actions:  She likes to fake sneeze so Mason and I will tell her "Bless You"
  • Bad Behavior: She says "Sorry" first then proceeds to push/kick. And sadly she's starting to bite :(  Any and all suggestions to stop these behaviors I'll take
  • Favorite Food: Ha.  She still doesn't eat real people food.  She loooooves her milk and her primary food by mouth is snack food.  It's a daily struggle still
  • Loves:  All things Princess "pincess", playing at the park, Bubble Guppies, Paw Patrol, Mickey Mouse, Doc McStuffins, Frozen, petting zoos

For her party, we had a Doc McStuffins theme party at The Little Gym, which Hadley just loved!  Two quick hours of fun, balls, bubbles, cake (which she didn't eat), and Mason's favorite...a piñata.  I got some strict instructions for my future piñata days because apparently I got it allllll wrong.  And of course, balloons galore, which we will probably still have come March.

H and her sweet little boyfriend (one of many) Oliver.  They share similar interests of stickers and dogs.  They are in the same class and apparently if you ask Ollie "Who's your valentine?"  He responds "Hadley!!!"  Oh my goodness can this age get any cuter?

It's my party, I can cry if I want to.  This picture is proof that Hadley is not always cute, smiley and happy all the time.  By this time, she was DONE with pictures!  Mommy loves this balloon, although it's larger than life.

The day of her birthday, we went to Happy Hallow with MiMi "May-Me."  We rode the rides, played on the playground, went to the petting zoo, ate churros and of course had milk.  That afternoon was Super Bowl Sunday, which is not a time to mess with at our house.  Daddy and Hadley bonded over a glass of wine and cup of milk.  The TV was not for Hadley, but she got her little iPad with Mickey Mouse.

Finally some sweet pictures of my mom and Hadley.  Hadley still asks for "May-Me," which we tell her she went home on a airplane.  Now Hadley says "May-Me Air-Pain" over and over again.  Mom might kill me for the last picture, but I dragged her to barre class with me, which she did very well and was a great bonding experience!
