Christmas Tree Farm

A late Thanksgiving means getting ready for Christmas real real fast!  In one weekend, we hung our wreath, put away all the pumpkins, indian corn and fall books, and put up our tree.  Now that we are a small family of three, we decided to start a new tradition and go to Black Road Christmas Tree Farm up in the Los Gatos mountains.  Loved the place!  They have 3 farms, but with the curvy roads and dog and baby in the back seat, we stopped at the first farm!  Georgia ran wild and was exhausted at the end.  All trees are $50 no matter if it's a 12 foot tree or 6 foot!

Of course today marks Hadley's 10 month birthday, but we were too busy to get a picture!  I will have to write a separate post on some of her new milestones later this week.

We have a busy month of December, yet so very exciting!  To start off this weekend a baby shower for baby Easton!  I'm so excited that I already decorated the house and pulled out all the platters and food!  Then holiday parties, time off and a much anticipated trip to Charleston!  Any flight tips with a almost 11 month old are much appreciated!  Merry Christmas!!!

She was more interested in watching daddy saw down that tree and mommy was more interested in making sure it didn't topple down on top of us.  A little added entertainment was all the straw on the ground that provided a little fiber in her diet!

I posted earlier in October about the Itty Bitty Imprints that we did at a friends house for Christmas!  Hadley's first Christmas handprint ornament came out amazing!  I wanted to keep both of the prints we did, but we can always do it again!
